At Shuji Sushi, we are passionate about authentic Japanese cuisine. Our aim is to share the most original dishes with our guests. We work hard to source fresh ingredients, employ expert chefs and deliver an affordable Japanese dining experience. We offer all the classics sushi and sashimi, as well as hot meals from donburi, ramen, to udon soup and pan fried.
The Shuji Sushi vision was brought to life by Eric and Zar Lee, who were determined to offer their customers a delicious and aesthetically pleasing Japanese culinary experience using quality, fresh ingredients and their own special recipes. For more than a decade, the Shuji Sushi team have worked hard to refine processes in order to build a scalable franchise business. There are now almost 20 stores in the network across Victoria, with plans underway to expand nationally. We are looking for flexible and open minded franchisees to help us on our journey.

Our franchise system reduces the risk of going of going into business on your own, as we have ironed out the kinks to make the business run smoothly. We regularly update our offer and provide new innovative products and ideas, but only before trialling them first in our corporately owned stores.
